Vishay Ceramic & Film Safety Capacitors
Vishay Ceramic and Film Safety Capacitors include capacitor series that feature ceramic or film technology and are available with AEC-Q200 qualifications. Ceramic capacitors feature an easy pick-and-place surface mount design and are 500VAC SDM type Y1 safety capacitors. Film capacitors have a 0.001µF to 47µF capacitance range, full agency approvals, and have high-temperature tolerance of up to +125°C.
