Qorvo QPA9901EVB Evaluation Board
Qorvo QPA9901EVB Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the QPA9901 High-Efficiency Amplifier. The Qorvo QPA9901 is a linearizable power amplifier IC featuring a 2.11GHz to 2.2GHz frequency range. The IC is targeted for use as a power amplifier with a DPD linearization technique in wireless infrastructure where high linearity, medium power, and high efficiency are required.
The QPA9901EVB EVB Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted QPA9901 in a compact 5mm x 5mm SMT package. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
