Shield-Pack™ HV280 Automotive Connection System

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) Shield-Pack™ HV280 High-Power Automotive Connection System is specifically designed for high-voltage applications (up to 40A) used in hybrid and electric vehicles (HEV/EV). This IP67/IP6K9K sealed connection system features two HV power circuits and power terminal isolation for 600V applications. It offers finger-proof/touch-safe protection and a two-stage locking system for its internal high-voltage interlock loop (HVIL). Aptiv Shield-Pack HV280 Automotive Connection System offers IP2XB electrical protection and is available for 2mm² to 5mm² power circuits and 0.5mm² HVIL circuits for HEV/EV system optimization.
