Vishay VEML6035-SB Sensor Board enables demonstration and evaluation of the VEML6035 I²C Ambient Light Sensor when used with the Vishay SensorXplorer™.The SensorXplorer includes a USB to I²C interface chip, a 3.3V regulator, several indicator LEDs, and multiple GPIOs to control the functionality of the Sensor Board and allow data to be read and displayed on a PC.

Vishay VEML6035 Ambient Light Sensor is a 16-bit low-power and high-sensitivity CMOS light sensor operated via I²C command. This sensor consumes an active average power of 300µW. The VEML6035 sensor comes with a photodiode, amplifiers, and analog/digital circuits in a single chip.
