ZZZ-Transtector DC DEFENDER Outdoor Clamshell DC Surge Protectors

Transtector DC DEFENDER Outdoor Clamshell DC Surge Protectors (SPDs) are clamshell-style SPDs that use Silicon Avalanche Suppression Diode (SASD) technology to protect critical equipment that operates on a 48VDC electrical service. This Transtector DC surge protector series provides effective protection against electrical transients generated by lightning and internal switching events. The DC Defender Outdoor Clamshell series supports long-term system reliability by safely shunting high amounts of transient energy while maintaining a very low clamping voltage.
