Texas Instruments TPS22999EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS22999EVM Evaluation Module offers an easy method to measure and evaluate the TPS22999 load switch. The TI TPS22999EVM is a two-layer PCB with VIN and VOUT connections to the device capable of handling high continuous currents and allowing a low-resistance pathway into and out of the switch under test. Test point connections enable users to control the device with user-defined test conditions and make accurate RON measurements.

- Onboard CIN and COUT capacitors with landing pads for optional additional capacitance
- VBIAS input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V
- Access to the VIN, VOUT, EN, VBIAS, PG, and GND pins of the TPS22999 load switch
