Texas Instruments SN74HCS00/SN74HCS00-Q1 2-Input NAND Gate contains four independent 2-input NAND Gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A ● B in positive logic. The SN74HCS00-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

The Texas Instruments SN74HCS00/SN74HCS00-Q1 2-Input NAND Gate is offered in TSSOP-14, SOIC-14, WQFN-14, and SOT-23-14 package types.
