TM Single Switch Power Modules

Wolfspeed TM Single Switch Power Modules address a broad range of inverter power levels. These devices are automotive-qualified single-switch power modules in an industry-standard footprint designed for high reliability and broad inverter system scalability, and extended creepage. The TM platform switches fast and clean to deliver high efficiency. Sinterable or solderable backsides and laser-weldable power terminals optimize the platform for automated inverter assembly. Available in various current ratings up to 1200V/320A and 650V/440A, the TM meets the AQG 324 automotive power module standard. The Wolfspeed TM platform offers an extended operating junction temperature of 200°C for up to 100h over device lifetime.
