AK3-FB TVS-dioder med axiella anslutningar

Littelfuse AK3-FB Axial Leaded TVS Diodes are designed to meet the severe surge-test environment for both AC and DC line-protection applications. These diodes feature a very fast response and ultra-low clamping characteristics as compared to Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs). The AK3-FB TVS diodes offer a 3kA current rating and are capable of both reflow and wave soldering. These diodes maintain any voltage rise due to increased current conduction at a minimum magnitude, providing the best possible protection level. The AK3-FB TVS diodes are connected in series and/or parallel to create a very high surge current protection solution. These diodes are halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
