SIDELED™ SFH 4256B & SFH 4244B Infrared Emitters

ams OSRAM SIDELED™ SFH 4256B and SFH 4244B Infrared Emitters are side-emitting Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) LEDs with integrated reflector. These emitters feature a peak wavelength option of 860nm for high camera sensitivity, and 950nm for reduced red glow operation. The SIDELED SFH 4256B and SFH 4244B emitters provide a brighter image and increase lighting homogeneity, and reduce the drive current over previous generations. These AEC-Q102 LEDs produce a higher signal-to-noise ratio with reduced power consumption compared to previous-generation devices.
