STMicroelectronics VN9004AJ Evaluation Board
STMicroelectronics VN9004AJ Evaluation Board comes pre-assembled with the VN9004AJ high-side driver based on ST's proprietary VIPower M09 technology. The STMicroelectronics VN9004AJ is housed in a compact PowerSSO-16 package. With its minimum onboard electrical components, the EV-VN9004AJ allows connection to the load, power supply, and microcontroller without any additional design. This single-channel high-side driver can drive 12V grounded loads through a 3V or 5V CMOS-compatible interface while providing protection and diagnostics features to ensure reliable performance.
