STMicroelectronics EV-VN7003AH & EV-VN7003ALH Evaluation Boards

STMicroelectronics EV-VN7003AH and EV-VN7003ALH Evaluation Boards provide an easy way to connect STMicroelectronics VIPower® M0-7 technology into an existing system. The boards come pre-assembled with VN7003AH or VN7003ALH high-side drivers. An on-board minimum set of electrical components enables the user to connect the load directly, the power supply, and the microcontroller. This is achieved without any additional effort in external component design and connection.

The VN7003AH and VN7003ALH are single-channel high-side drivers manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower technology and housed in the Octapak package. The device is designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through 3V and 5V CMOS-compatible interfaces, providing protection and diagnostics.
