Qorvo QPB9378 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Modules
Qorvo QPB9378 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Modules is a highly integrated RF front-end module targeted for 5G TDD base stations. The module integrates a two-stage LNA and a high-power SPDT switch in a dual channel configuration. It features a 2nd stage LNA with bypass functionality and power-down mode for LNA when in transmit mode.
