onsemi LMV321, NCV321, LMV358, & LMV324 CMOS Op Amps

onsemi LMV321, NCV321, LMV358, and LMV324 CMOS Op Amps are single-, dual-, and quad-channel operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail output swing. These amplifiers are ideal for applications where low power consumption and a space-saving package are critical. Rail-to-rail operation allows for optimal signal-to-noise applications. Ultra-low quiescent current makes these op amps ideal for portable, battery-operated equipment. The common mode input range makes the device useful for low-side current-shunt measurements. onsemi LMV321, NCV321, LMV358, and LMV324 CMOS Op Amps feature a wide range of package options for design flexibility. The compact package sizes allow for placement on the PCB near the signal source, reducing noise pickup.

AEC Qualification

The NCV321 single-channel CMOS op amp is AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable for automotive applications. The NCV321 is offered in an ultra-small 2mm x 1.25mm 5-pin SC-70 package and offers an extended -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
