onsemi NCx2009x Operational Amplifiers
onsemi NCx2009x Operational Amplifiers offer rail-to-rail input and output operation, 350kHz bandwidth, and are available in single, dual, and quad configurations. The rail-to-rail operation allows the use of the entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of the 350kHz bandwidth. The NCx2009x operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V supply voltage over a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
onsemi NCx2009x Op Amps feature a slew rate of 0.15V/s while consuming 20µA of quiescent current per channel at a 1.8V supply. The CMOS NCx2009x Amps have a high input impedance and low bias currents, making it ideal for interfacing with a wide variety of signal sensors. The NCx2009x devices are available in a variety of compact packages.
