Mouser Electronics Supports MATHCOUNTS Program, Investing in Future Engineers and STEM Leaders
May 1, 2025 – Mouser Electronics, Inc., the New Product Introduction (NPI) leader™ empowering innovation, today proudly announces its continued sponsorship of MATHCOUNTS, an engaging math program for middle schoolers. With nearly 150,000 students from 5,000 schools around the United States, MATHCOUNTS challenges students to learn, discover and solve mathematical challenges through live competitions at the school, chapter, state and national levels.
On May 11 and 12, 2025, the top four students from each state across the United States will gather in Washington, D.C., to compete in the highest level of math competition. Mathletes compete as state teams of four and as individuals to be named National Champions. The event combines friendly competition, mathematical challenges, and fun.

MATHCOUNTS began in the Fall for the 2025-2026 program, where students across the country compete. The middle schoolers (grades 6–8) receive stringent math problems to help expand their academic and career opportunities in the future — encouraging students to believe in their own abilities while building self-confidence.
