YAGEO General-Purpose Rectifiers

YAGEO General-Purpose Rectifiers are ideal for the general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, and converters. These rectifiers feature a low-profile package, high forward surge capability, and a glass passivated chip junction. ES1 series rectifiers offer a super fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, and all these rectifiers have a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1 rating per J-STD-020. YAGEO General-Purpose Rectifiers come in a DO-214AC (SMA) molding compound package that meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
