Vishay Semiconductors VOFD343A IGBT and MOSFET Drivers

Vishay Semiconductors VOFD343A IGBT and MOSFET Drivers are compact high-design, fast-switching IGBTs and MOSFETs drivers in a stretched SO-6 package. The VOFD343A optocouplers feature a 4A peak maximum output current, 200ns maximum propagation delay, 50kV/μs noise immunity, and up to 1140V high working voltage. The high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by gate-controlled devices. The VOFD343A optocouplers are ideally suited for directly driving IGBTs with ratings up to 1200V/100A. Typical applications include solar inverters, industrial motor control, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
