Vishay / Thin Film FCHP High Frequency, High Power Chip Resistors

Vishay / Thin Film FCHP High Frequency, High Power Chip Resistors are designed with low <10mΩ internal reactance and function as almost pure resistors on a high range of frequencies, up to 40GHz. The specialized laser edge trimming enables precision tolerances to 0.1%. The FCHP series is available in a small standard size 0402 case size with low TCR, down to ±25ppm/°C, and a resistance range of 10Ω to 1000Ω. Applications for Vishay / Thin Film FCHP Chip Resistors include low noise amplifiers, attenuation, and line termination.
