Toshiba TLX9152M & TLX9150M 900V Automotive Photorelays

Toshiba TLX9152M and TLX9150M 900V Automotive Photorelays act as a 1-Form-A solid-state relay for 400V battery applications. Both parts support a peak off-state voltage of at least 900V and a maximum trigger LED current of 3mA. The devices can handle an on-state current of up to 50mA with a maximum on-state resistance of 250Ω for short durations. The devices offer robust isolation with a minimum voltage of 5000VRMS, an 8mm clearance and creepage distance, and an insulation thickness of 0.4mm. Both photo relays are AEC-Q101 qualified, offer strong isolation for 400V battery applications, and act as secondary relays to check for welding issues on the higher-power mechanical relays.
