Metcal MicroFine Soldering Systems
Metcal MicroFine Soldering Systems are light, well-balanced, small, and powerful. These systems, including tweezers, handpieces, workstands, and cartridges are ideal for working with micro-components down to 01005. The MFT and MFTC cartridges use SmartHeat™ technology to offer high performance. These cartridges are available in 600 and 700 series of geometries. The MicroFine handpieces for MX and CV soldering systems are ergonomic at 115mm long and weigh less than 12g. These handpieces include a replaceable cushion grip for additional comfort. The MicroFine handpieces feature 3.5mm cable thickness for easy handling and 2m cable for improved versatility.
The MicroFine tweezers for MX and CV soldering systems come with adjustable tip alignment. These tweezers feature a 1206 to 01005 horizontal gap, 3.5mm cable thickness, and less than 30g weight. The MicroFine tweezers are ergonomic at 98mm long.
The MFT-WS10 and MFT-WS9 workstands are multifunctional tools that are compatible with the MicroFine handpieces, tweezers, and cartridges. These workstands enable hands-free tip alignment and cartridge removal. The MicroFine workstands feature a replaceable brass tip-cleaning brush, adjustable cradle, and soldering cartridge storage. These workstands include an easy-empty debris collection basin.
