Texas Instruments TPS568230EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPS568230EVM Evaluation Module is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS568230 step-down converters. The TPS568230 devices are a cost-effective, high-voltage input, high-efficiency synchronous buck converter with integrated FETs.

The TPS568230EVM operates from 4.5V to 18V input (12V nominal) and features a 1.05V, 8A output. The Evaluation Module provides several jumpers and switches, allowing users to evaluate different control functions, internal or external SS, and enable or disable. The Texas Instruments TPS568230EVM offers a ULQ (ultra-low quiescent), and the top and bottom layers are 2oz copper, with internal layers being 1oz copper.

Features

  • ULQ (ultra-low quiescent)
  • Integrated 20mΩ/10mΩ RDSON FET converter
  • FCCM/eco-mode/OOA mode selectable for light load
  • Can support 8A output current
