Texas Instruments TPS1641EVM Evaluation Module demonstrates the reference circuit evaluation of TPS1641x. The TPS1641x is a compact 40V, 1.8A eFuse. The TI TPS1641x device features overcurrent protection with an adjustable blanking timer, output power limiting with an adjustable blanking timer, short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, IN to OUT short detection, and overtemperature protection.
