Texas Instruments TPD1E10B Single Channel ESD Protection Devices

Texas Instruments TPD1E10B06 and TPD1E10B09 are single-channel ESD protection devices in a small 0402 package. TI TPD1E10B09 offers ±20KV IEC air-gap, ±20KV contact ESD protection, and has an ESD clamp circuit with a back-to-back diode for bipolar or bidirectional signal support. The 10pF line capacitance is suitable for a wide range of applications supporting data rates up to 500Mbps. TPD1E10B06 offers over ±30KV IEC air-gap, over ±30KV contact ESD protection, and, like the TPD1E10B09, has an ESD clamp circuit with a back-to-back diode for bipolar or bidirectional signal support. The 10pF line capacitance is suitable for a wide range of applications supporting data rates up to 400Mbps. Typical applications for these TI ESD protection devices are audio lines (microphone, earphone and speakerphone), SD interface, keypad or other buttons, and VBUS pins of USB ports (ID).
