Texas Instruments SN74ACT08/SN74ACT08-Q1 Quad Positive-AND Gates
Texas Instruments SN74ACT08/SN74ACT08-Q1 Quad 2-Input Positive-AND Gates perform the Boolean functions Y = A • B or Y = A + B in positive logic. The SN74ACT08-EP devices have gold bond wires, a temperature range of –55 to +105°C, and an SnPb lead finish. The Texas Instruments SN74ACT08-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

- 4.5V to 5.5V VCC operation
- Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V
- Max tpd of 10ns at 5V
- Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible
Applications
- Increase the number of outputs on a microcontroller
- Store up to 8 bits of data temporarily
