Texas Instruments SN74ACT00/SN74ACT00-Q1 Quad 2-Input NAND Gates contain four independent 2-input NAND gates. In positive logic, each gate performs the Boolean function of Y = A•B or Y = A+B. These devices have a supply voltage range (VCC) of 4.5V to 5.5V, and the inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V. The Texas Instruments SN74ACT00-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.Features
