Texas Instruments SN74AC541/SN74AC541-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers
Texas Instruments SN74AC541/SN74AC541-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers support up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. These buffers/drivers include balanced 3-state outputs that can simultaneously be put into high-impedance using either of the output enable pins. The SN74AC541 buffers/drivers feature a ±24mA continuous output drive at 5V, maximum tpd of 6ns at 5V, 50pF load, and 1.5V to 6V operating voltage range. These buffers/drivers are used to redrive digital signals, drive transmission lines, drive indicator LEDs, and hold a signal during controller reset. The SN74AC541-Q1 buffers/drivers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and comply with device CDM ESD classification level C4B.Features
