EPCOS / TDK NT ThermoFuse™ Varistors
EPCOS / TDK NT ThermoFuse™ Varistors feature a wide operating voltage range (130V to 680V or 750VRMS) and are self-protected under abnormal overvoltage conditions. NT ThermoFuse Varistors are high-energy AdvanceD E2 devices with a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. Applications include inverters in solar power systems, household appliances, power supply units, lighting, and more.
