Taiwan Semiconductor LTD7S24CAH Super Clamp TVS

Taiwan Semiconductor LTD7S24CAH Super Clamp Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) is a bidirectional device with low clamping voltage and low leakage current. This voltage suppressor features a 24V working stand-off voltage, 5A test current, and 7700W non-repetitive peak impulse power dissipation with 10/1000μs waveform. The LTD7S24CAH voltage suppressor meets ISO 7637-2 and ISO 16750-2 surge specifications. This voltage suppressor is AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant. The LTD7S24CAH voltage suppressor is used in transient surge protection applications.
