Taiwan Semiconductor HS1Y 1A/1600V High Efficiency Surface Mount (SMD) Rectifiers are high-efficiency rectifiers designed for general-purpose and power supply applications. These Taiwan Semiconductor HS1Y rectifiers are housed in compact SMA/DO-214AC and SMAF/DO-219AB packages, offering excellent thermal performance and space-saving benefits for high-density PCB layouts. The devices feature low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability, enhancing energy efficiency and reliability in demanding environments. The HS1YH and HS1YBH variants are optimized for higher thermal performance with a thinner profile, while the HS1YB and HS1YBH models offer enhanced mechanical stability.
