STMicroelectronics TSV7721/TSV7722/TSV7723 5V Operational Amplifiers are single and dual 20MHz or 22MHz-bandwidth unity gain-stable amplifiers. The TSV772x Amplifiers feature an input offset voltage of 200µV max. (50µV typ.) at room temperature, optimized for common mode close to the ground making the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurements.

The TSV772x is a dual 20MHz-bandwidth unity-gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage and the slew rate of 13V/µs make the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by a maximum input voltage of 200µV amplifies a small-amplitude input signal. The TSV772x can operate from a 2.0V to 5.5V single supply and is fully characterized by an output capacitor of 47pF for easy usage as an A/D converter input buffer.

The TSV7722x 5V Operational Amplifiers are single and dual 20MHz or 22MHz-bandwidth unity gain-stable amplifiers. The TSV7722x Amplifiers feature an input offset voltage of 200µV max. (50µV typ.) at room temperature, optimized for common-mode close to ground makes the TSV772x ideal for low-side current measurements.

The TSV7722x 5V Operational Amplifiers can operate from 1.8V to 5.5V single supply, and it is fully specified on a load of 47pF. This operating voltage allows easy usage as an A/D converter input buffer. The TSV7722x Op Amps feature rail-to-rail output and excellent speed/power consumption ratio and is a 22MHz gain-bandwidth product while consuming just 1.7mA at 5V. The devices also offer an ultra-low input bias current enabling connection to photodiodes and other sensors where the current is the key value to be measured.

The TSV7722x is ideal for high-accuracy, high-bandwidth sensor interfaces.
