ROHM Semiconductor ML630Q466 Ultra Low Power 32-bit MCU is a high-performance microcontroller ideal for visualizing logistics data with data loggers. The ROHM Semiconductor ML630Q466 is the first IC in the industry to integrate all major functions required for data logging, acquisition, and PDF file generation on a single chip. This ML630Q466 microcontroller features a 32-bit CPU core CortexTM-M0+, 128KB flash memory, 16KB RAM, UART, A/D converter, and LCD driver. The flash ROM of this MCU is installed as a program memory that achieves low-voltage and low-power consumption operation, which is more suitable for battery-driven applications.

This ML630Q466 32-bit microcontroller also features DMA Controller (DMAC), Time Base Counter (TBC), Interrupt Controller (NVIC), and Watchdog Timer (WDT). The ML630Q466 microcontroller operates at a temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. This ML630Q466 ultra-low microcontroller is available in a 100-pin plastic TQFP package.
