ROHM Semiconductor BD9E151NUX Step-Down Switching Regulator
ROHM Semiconductor BD9E151NUX is designed as a wide input range (VIN=6V to 28V), 1.2A diode-rectification buck converter with an integrated internal high-side 30V/80mΩ power MOSFET. The device has a 600kHz fixed operating frequency and offers internal over current protection (OCP), under-voltage locked out (UVLO), over-voltage protection (OVP), and thermal shut down (TSD). The BD9E151NUX automatically activates pulse skipping to increase efficiency at light loads. The 0µA shutdown supply current enables the BD9E151NUX to be used in battery-powered applications. Current mode control with internal slope compensation simplifies the external component count while allowing the use of ceramic output capacitors. Operating from a -40°C to +85°C temperature range and available in a VSON008X2030 package, the BD9E151NUX Step-Down Switching Regulator from ROHM Semiconductor is ideal for surveillance camera applications, OA applications, and 12V, 24V distributed power systems.Features
