Nisshinbo RP123x LDO Voltage Regulators
Nisshinbo RP123x LDO Voltage Regulators provide low output noise, high ripple rejection, and fast response characteristics achieved by low supply current. These voltage regulators save space by adopting a 4-pin small package without a noise bypass capacitor. The RP123x voltage regulators deliver long-duration of operation for battery-powered equipment by low supply current. These voltage regulators operate at 9.5µA supply current and 8μVrms output noise.Nisshinbo RP123x Voltage Regulators function at 1.2V to 4.8V output voltage range and 1.9V to 6V maximum input voltage range. These voltage regulators operate at -40°C to 125°C temperature range and 250mA output current. RP123x voltage regulators are ideal for mobile phones, tablets, digital cameras, audio devices, battery-powered equipment, and RF modules.
