Renesas Electronics ISL28x33A Precision CMOS Operational Amplifiers

Renesas Electronics ISL28x33A Precision CMOS Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) include the ISL28133A (single), ISL28233A (dual), and ISL28433A (quad) micropower, chopper-stabilized devices. These op amps are designed for precision and efficiency in compact spaces. With a quiescent current of 22µA and rail-to-rail input/output, these Renesas components deliver exceptional performance across a wide supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The ultra-low input offset voltage (10µV maximum) and minimal noise make these devices ideal for high-accuracy applications, including medical instrumentation, temperature sensing, and electronic weigh scales.

A low supply current of 22µA and a wide input range enable the ISL28x33A devices to be excellent high-precision op amps for a wide range of applications where low power is paramount. All devices operate across a -40°C to +125°C temperature range and are available in a wide variety of packages.
