Renesas / Dialog DA14533 BLUETOOTH® 5.3 System-on-Chip

Renesas / Dialog DA14533 BLUETOOTH® 5.3 System-on-Chip (SoC) integrates a 2.4GHz transceiver and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ microcontroller. This SoC supports up to 3 Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connections. The DA14533 SoC features 64kB RAM, 12kB OTP, and 160kB ROM, an integrated low IQ buck converter, a clockless hibernation mode, and a single 32MHz crystal operation. This SoC works directly with coin-cell batteries and includes in-built AES encrypt/decrypt, TRNG, de-bug, and FW security functions. The DA14533 SoC is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified. Typical applications include Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS), instrument consoles, Onboard Diagnostics (OBD), telematics, industrial automation, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
