Qorvo QPC4510 K-Band Upconverters

Qorvo QPC4510 K-Band Upconverters offer an integrated LO buffer amplifier (x2) and output variable gain amplifier. The image reject upconverter mixer outputs an RF frequency from 17.7GHz to 26.5GHz using IF inputs from DC to 4.0GHz and a connected LO frequency.

The Qorvo QPC4510 K-Band Upconverters are designed to implement QORVO’s pHEMT production process. The QPC4510 typically supplies 32dBm of output TOI at -10dBm input power per tone and has a conversion gain of 13dB. Optional nulling of the LO can improve LO isolation by 30dB.

The QPC4510 is housed in a low-cost, surface-mount 28-lead 5mm x 5mm QFN package and is ideal for Point-to-Point Radio and K-Band VSAT ground terminal.
