onsemi NCx21673/4 Current Sense Amplifiers

onsemi NCx21673/4 Current Sense Amplifiers feature a -0.1V to 40V wide common-mode input range with unidirectional and dual channels. These amplifiers operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply, with -3dB bandwidth and 2V/μs slew rate. These features ensure fast detection of current changes. The NCV21674 current sense amplifiers support measuring fast transients and allow the same type of part for high- and low-side current sensing. These amplifiers are available in Micro8 and TSSOP-5 packages. Typical applications include high-side current sensing, low-side current sensing, power management, and automotive.
