onsemi NCV51752 Isolated Single Channel Gate Drivers

onsemi NCV51752 Isolated Single Channel Gate Drivers are designed for fast switching to drive power MOSFETs and SiC MOSFET power switches. NCV51752 offers a 4.5A source/9A sink peak currents and short/matched propagation delays. For improved reliability, dV/dt immunity, and faster turn-off, the NCV51752 generates a negative bias rail. The onsemi drivers offer other essential protection functions, such as independent under-voltage lockout for both side drivers. The AEC-Q100 qualified NCV51752 is available in a 4mm SOIC-8 package and can support isolation voltages up to 3.75kVRMS.
