onsemi EVBUM2880G-EVB Evaluation Board
onsemi EVBUM2880G-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate 1200V M3S Half-Bridge 2-PACK modules in the F1 package. The onsemi EVBUM2880G-EVB board facilitates double pulse switching tests and open-loop power tests for half-bridge modules, including NXH008P120M3F1PTG, NXH010P120M3F1PTG, NXH015P120M3F1PTG, and NXH030P120M3F1PTG. The board supports connection to an external controller for PWM input and fault signal management, making it a versatile tool for module performance testing.
