onsemi NTMFSC Single N-Channel DUAL-COOL® Power MOSFETs are high-efficiency, low RDS(on) devices designed for demanding power switching applications. The onsemi NTMFSC MOSFETs feature DUAL-COOL packaging, which enhances thermal performance by allowing heat dissipation through both the top and bottom of the device. This makes the MOSFETs ideal for compact, high-power designs. The components support logic-level gate drive, enabling direct interfacing with low-voltage control logic, and offer exceptionally low on-resistance, minimizing conduction losses.
