onsemi NCP136 LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP136 LDO Regulators are 700mA Very Low Drop Out (VLDO) regulators equipped with an NMOS pass-transistor and a separate bias supply voltage (VBIAS). The LDO regulators offer highly stable and accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space-constrained and noise-sensitive applications. onsemi NCP136 LDO regulators feature low IQ consumption to optimize performance for battery-operated portable applications. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, smartphones, tablets, cameras, DVRs, set-top boxes (STBs), and camcorders.

  • 0.5V to 18V (fixed) output voltage range
  • ±1% accuracy over temperature and 0.5% VOUT @ 25°C
  • 40mV at 700mA ultra-low dropout
  • 80μA very low bias input current
  • 0.5μA very low bias input current in disable mode
  • Logic level enable input for ON/OFF control
  • Output active discharge option available
  • Stable with a 10μF ceramic capacitor
  • 1.4mm × 0.8mm × 0.4mm pitch package available in WLCSP6
  • Lead-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS compliant
