NXP Semiconductors TEA2093DB2202 Evaluation Board
NXP Semiconductors TEA2093DB2202 Evaluation Board is an add-on board based on the TEA2093TS controller in a TSOP-6 package. The TEA2093TS features an adaptive gate drive for maximum efficiency at any load. The NXP TEA2093DB2202 Evaluation Board incorporates a 100V/2.7mΩ MOSFET and therefore allows easy replacement of the secondary side power diode in an existing power supply.
