NXP Semiconductors i.MX 6ULZ Processor

NXP Semiconductors i.MX 6ULZ Processor is a high-performance, ultra-cost-efficient consumer Linux processor. NXP i.MX 6ULZ processors are part of NXP’s EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform. The i.MX 6ULZ features an advanced implementation of a single Arm® Cortex-A7 core. The core operates at speeds up to 900MHz. The i.MX 6ULZ applications processor includes a full audio suite: ESAI, I2S X 3, S/PDIF. The processor also includes an integrated power management module to reduce external power supply complexity and simplify power sequencing.

The processor provides various memory interfaces, including 16-bit LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, raw and managed NAND flash, NOR flash, eMMC, and Quad SPI. A wide range of other interfaces is included for connecting peripherals like WLAN, BLUETOOTH®, and GPS.
