Nexperia BZX58550-Q Low-Current Voltage Regulator Diodes
Nexperia BZX58550-Q Low-Current Voltage Regulator Diodes are designed to feature ±5% series tolerance and provide ≤300mW total power dissipation. These diodes operate at 1.8V to 75V operating voltage range, 0.9V forward voltage (VF), 200mA forward current (IF), and 40W non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation (PZSM). The BZX58550-Q diodes are used in low-current general regulation functions, recommended for use in automotive applications, and are AEC-Q101 qualified.Features
