Mikroe MIKROE-3199 Ambient 4 Click

Mikroe MIKROE-3199 Ambient 4 Click is a light intensity sensing and measuring Click board with the BH1721FVC light intensity sensor from ROHM corporation. This click offers a high measurement accuracy in the range between 1x to 1.35x of the actual light intensity. The spectral response of the Ambient 4 Click is calibrated to closely match the spectral response of the human eye. This click requires a minimal number of external components and incorporates an additional I2C level translating IC.

The Ambient 4 click can convert the light intensity from any type of light source including daylight, fluorescent light, LED light, and incandescent light. This click board features a flickering filter and reduces the 50/60Hz flickering influence. The MIKROE-3199 is well-suited for IoT applications as well as portable and handheld devices due to low power consumption, compact size, high sensitivity, and high integration.
