Mikroe MIKROE-5994 Light 3 Click is a compact add-on board for precise ambient light measurement in automotive applications. The Mikroe MIKROE-5994 features the Texas Instruments OPT4003-Q1 digital ambient light sensor. This sensor accurately detects visible and near-infrared light using dual-channel functionality and filters that mimic the human eye's response while isolating NIR light. The board offers semi-logarithmic output for a wide range of light intensities, automatic gain adjustment for optimal resolution, and flexible configuration options to suit various applications.
