Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Super-Low Capacitance Dual Line ESD Diodes are ultra-low capacitance 3.3V and 5V ESD diodes. The Micro Commercial Components (MCC) diodes feature snapback technology and high-power transient voltage suppression (TVS). With a clamping voltage of 5V and 13A (8/20µs) surge capability, the ESDSBSLC3V3LT and ESDSBSLC5V0LT offer superior protection and reliability. 

The devices' ultra-low capacitance of 1.0pF or 0.65pF (typical) effectively shields sensitive dual signal lines against voltage spikes and electrostatic discharge. Both diodes meet IEC-61000-4-2 standards with exceptional immunity ratings of ±30kV (air/contact discharge) and strong lightning protection per IEC 61000-4-5, ensuring robust performance in challenging environments. Ideal for industrial, communication, and consumer electronics, MCC's dual-line ESD diodes provide reliable protection and stability across a wide range of applications.
