MACOM MASW-011108-DIE 6-18GHz SPDT PIN Diode Switch is designed for 6-18GHz applications and can handle up to 14W power with low insertion loss and high isolation. The MACOM MASW-011108-DIE uses MACOM's AlGaAs PIN diode tech. The device is passivated with silicon nitride, has a polymer layer for scratch protection, and features backside metallization for epoxy die attachment.
