Littelfuse ZCASE Masterfuse
Littelfuse ZCASE Masterfuse is designed to replace multiple discrete fuses with a single component in a power distribution box. This eliminates the need for additional bolts, bus bars, and interconnects, reducing overall system costs. This high current distribution product line utilizes the Z-Axis effectively to create a compact design that takes one-third of the footprint of a traditional solution. An output bolt, with high torque withstandablity, is integrated into the fuse to create a reliable interface to the mating terminal. Keying features on each bolt position ensure the correct mating ring terminal is used during assembly. The solution also allows connectors to mate to high-current terminals. Littelfuse ZCASE Masterfuse offers a 32VDC voltage rating, 30A to 500A fuse ratings, and a recommended environmental temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Applications include a variety of vehicles, including off-road, as well as some watercraft.
